I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and pleasant, but it was very crowded with tables, making it hard to move around. The cracked edge on the tub liner was a minor issue, but overall, the room was in good repair. The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making our stay welcoming and helpful. Despite being in the middle of a renovation, the location was really quiet, which was a plus. However, the presence of human feces under the rim of the toilet bowl was a major downside.

After staying in the dumpy room they originally gave us, dragging all our luggage and family up to the room, I found the hotel to be a good choice with rooms featuring 2 beds, a fridge, and a nice TV. The service was very friendly and approachable, especially for a young family like mine, with unbeatable price, clean rooms, an AWESOME pool, kid-friendly breakfast, and very friendly staff. The location was easy to access but had some unsightly broken pallets and furniture around. The dining experience was slightly above average, although it lacked some variety in fruit options.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while spacious and with a large flat-screen TV, appeared a bit tired and dated with holes in the drapes that let the sun in early in the morning. The service provided by Linda and Joanne at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. However, I encountered some unusual behavior from one staff member who seemed to have a unique way of interacting with technology. The location was convenient, with quick access to fast food options, but there were some off-putting elements like an open maid closet being accessed by guests. The dining experience was average, offering the usual continental fare during restricted hours. However, the hotel had a positive aspect in its cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Rooms

Service

The service was very nice to us, with a warm and accommodating attitude from most staff members. However, one staff member had a peculiar way of interacting with technology that seemed odd.
Location

The location was fine, with quick stops and fast food restaurants nearby. However, there were some unusual elements like an open maid closet and a staff member with a face tattoo.

Facilities

The hotel had basic facilities that were sufficient for a short stay.
